    I m obese woman weight 76 kg age 42 years i tried hard to lose my body weight doctors give me medicines but no result i have found.when i start dieting my sugar is always low i have bp like 130 /90 some time. My knees r fail to take my weight my size is large please give me some suggestion for control my weight. I want to lose 15kg in one month/hopefully.
